Detached holiday cottage, near a farm (sheep and cattle), spread over two floors, in a secluded rural location. First floor: 37m² kitchen/living room (dishwasher, 140 sofa bed, television, wood-pellet stove, open fire), shower room with toilet (washing machine), storage space. Second floor: Bedroom/mezzanine (one 140 bed, one 90 bed). Central heating available at an extra charge depending on weather conditions (€15 per night). Wi-Fi with TV box offering access to international channels. Private porch/balcony (4m²), enclosed grounds (300 m²) with a small outbuilding occasionally used by the owner: garden furniture, barbecue, private parking, cellar/storage room for bikes and motorbikes (7 m²) with a fridge-freezer - Bed linen provided. Towels not provided. Baby equipment available on request: high chair, cot - Wood option (€5 per bag of pellets – the first 3 bags are free) - Tourist tax. Cleaning fee (€40) compulsory for corporate guests (see accommodation details) - There are no specific facilities to accommodate guests with any of the following four disabilities: intellectual, physical, visual or hearing.
